TELUS Security decals and lawn signs

Is there anyone have the same kind of service problem?

I started My SmartHome security plan in August, After installation of the devices, I found that the technician did not leave security decals and lawn signs. I tried many times to call back to the customer service to get those windows stickers and lawn sign. Customer service told me over the phone that they can send those things back to my house but never receive anything. It's so disappointment. And it's a very annoying process to get someone (real person!) to respond. There's no online chat nor direct email contact that can reach Telus. Or am I too stupid to get help using ways other than phone calls (it's really frustrating to wait long time for someone to pick up the phone)?

  • I have exactly the same issue.  New Smarthome system.  Technician didn't leave any signage. Tried calling several times and got different info, and a promise it would be looked into and I'd hear back.  Website says all new Smarthome customers get a kit.  The phone takes forever to answer.  How can I get a kit?

        I followed your link to verify but there is no path I can find to your message.  How do I access it.  It is not in this forum and there is not instruction on the verification on how to receive the message. It says to return to social media but I don't know what that means if it doesn't this forum.  Please advise.
