Unexpected Bill Increase After Renewal
Has anyone else experienced being ripped off by TELUS?
My 24 month contract was up for renewal in November. I called mid October to renew so I wasn’t charged extra… my bill came and it went from $1...
I know Telus used to have outstanding service and now you have to call more than twice to get anything done and they people you speak to have to put you on hold for every little thing - and the background noise - sounds like they are working in a circus.
