Can't Download Bills on App

For a while I have been trying to download bills via the Telus app but keep receiving an error message. I thought this would be fixed following the app update of the other day but alas no. Is there a fix for this? I can download bills by logging on to the website but not the app anymore.

Also, the AI engine on the app has stopped working too.

    That is a bit strange, so you are able to download them from the website? Can you try uninstalling the app, reinstall, and then test the download?

      Thanks for the response.

      Yes, I can download bills from the website.

      I reinstalled the app and receive the same error message. Cannot download the current or any past bills for either Mobility or Home.

      I am on the iPhone 12 Pro with the latest OS26.5. However, this has been the case for some time inc under OS26.

      Its not earth shatteringly important but reporting it to you guys should you wish to investigate.

        For sure and thanks for bringing this to our attention. Do you happen to have any other devices you could test the app pdf download issue on? Like a tablet, or a different device?
