Could someone on your team email me also? I mirror PG2's sentiments above and am deeply disappointed to have lost over 200 points as a paperless billing customer with no email of warning..
Is a bill credit possible as the reward catalogue was hit heavy in the rush to redeem? I have also been a loyal Telus customer for all my services for more than two decades. Thanks

hi - I'd like help with this as well. I spent an hour on the phone yesterday, to no avail. And messaging via the app was unsuccessful as well. I got a "congrats" for an upgrade to TELUS Rewards Plus email in November, but have zero point balance and zero accumulation for my TELUS Home Security account.
The TELUS Rewards program was introduced to build customer loyalty - seems to be backfiring in a big way.
