Telus Mobility

 I never had a Telus Mobility account, my cell phone was with Chatrs for many years and I just switched too Rogers. Never had Telus for even a single day. But I am getting a bill from Telus for my  mobile phone. Called Telus, I was surprised that after mentioning my concern and which I believe is very very serious they kept on transferring me to different people for hours and no one took me seriously or did anything about it.

Can someone please help me and explain what is going on..........the bill amount is over $200.00 now
