Prepaid plan with a promo
I am in the $100 prepaid plan with unlimited nationwide calling feature, unlimited SMS feature and 2GB of bonus data each month for one year for free. I activated my line on April 17, but on May 17 (1 month after activation) the Unlimited SMS Promo Add-on, 2 GB Promo Add-On transaction, and Unlimited Nationwide Calling Promo were deactivate, why is that? can anybody help me?
