How to add user in Telus mobility

How do I add a family member as a user on my account? I have 14 numbers on my account and I'm listed as the account owner/manager, but I'd like to add the other person as an account member so they can track their usage and see details about their plans. I can see in the Manage Roles and Permissions section where I would accept a request to join the account, but I don't know how to make the request in the first place.

    The new person would need to visit http://www.telus.com/mytelus and click 'Sign up for My TELUS account' to get their own account. When entering the info however, put in the phone number, account number, and address of your main account.

    After signing up, you'd then log in to your own My TELUS account, click on your name at the top to expand the menu and select 'My Profile'. Then, scroll down to the 'Your accounts' section and click on the 'Manage user roles and permissions' option.

    Once there, navigate to the 'Pending users' tab where you should see the request. Click on 'Approve and set up access'. From there you'd select the access level (for your scenario, you'd choose Account Member). Lastly, assign the subscriber phone number to the user and click on 'Continue'. That should be it, and you should see a confirmation screen indicating that it's been completed.
