Can't Download Bills on App

2 hours agoThat is a bit strange, so you are able to download them from the website? Can you try uninstalling the app, reinstall, and then test the download?

Yes, I can download bills from the website.
I reinstalled the app and receive the same error message. Cannot download the current or any past bills for either Mobility or Home.
I am on the iPhone 12 Pro with the latest OS26.5. However, this has been the case for some time inc under OS26.
Its not earth shatteringly important but reporting it to you guys should you wish to investigate.
