Watch a program while the PVR record a differnt program in HD

We are watching a television show in HD and we will get a message saying that we can no longer watch this program as another TV in the house is using HD.   We figured out, that the PVR had just start...

    You can check your stream profiles by selecting Menu -> System Information -> Stream profiles.

    It's likely Internet 15 cannot support 2 HD streams.

I'm assuming you're using the standard Optik set top boxes and not the AndroidTV based newer one. It's not common to see 2HD unless you're on slow DSL. What speed is your internet connection? Is it DSL or fibre?

    Definitely not Fibre. We are on Telus Internet 15.
