Telus green box

Good afternoon

I am trying to get a green, plastic Telus box to cover our outdoor internet hookup cables to protect them from the elements. Can someone tell me how I source one through Telus most expediently?  I have spent numerous hours on the phone attempting to schedule a box install but have not had success.
