Error code 2001

I am getting an error code:2001 on the telus tv+ app on my phone every channel does it. Anyone know of a fix? I've googled it and everything on that code says it's a Bell code.

      Did you recently have services installed? Did it work previously?

        No services installed recently, and yes it always worked previously

      Yes numerous times, tried clearing cache and data as well. Problem persists

        Thanks for confirming. Which phone model, iOS or Android version, and app version are you using?

        For the TV+ app version, you can find this by tapping on the profile icon, then on App information.
