Upload speed way too slow
I just tested my upload speed with and without my VPN turned on, using speedtest.net
With VPN turned off - upload speed was 175 Mbps
With VPN turned on - upload speed was just 3.65 Mbps!
Is this normal?

Once VPN is enabled internet traffic will be routed through that VPN service. This points to an issue with their routing and not Telus.
It is a Norton 360 VPN that was installed by Telus itself - is that significant?

A different VPN MAY give you better results. Do you need to be using a VPN? This may help answer that question:
