Upload Speed on PureFiber

Hello

 

I seem to be having an issue with my Telus PureFiber WiFi Hub.

 

My current setup is the PureFiber WiFi Hub connected to my Linksys Velop MX5300 WiFi 6.  

 

THe issue is, when I test the connection from the LinkSys node connected to the PureFiber Hub via Ethernet, on my LinkSys I can get 940 Mbps download but 20 Mbps Upload.

 

However, if I test the internet connection directly on the PureFiber WiFi Hub I can 940 Mbps Download and Upload.

 

I am puzzled on this issue, is there a configuration setting that needs to be setup on the Hub?

    Telus doesn't offer support for non-Telus equipment, however, you can try to contact our technical support: 1-888-811-2323, they might be able to help.
