Upgrade equipment
Trying to update to the new box with this link, but it’s not working. Asks for my address but no where to enter it.

Be careful upgrading, depending on your TV package, you may have to pay for cloud recordings.

Be Careful? Yes, the new system is cloud based unlike the previous one which appears to be phased out as they age out.
But the cloud based is great if you use devices away from home base. All you need is internet.
