Totally regretting moving to Telus!

I agreed to switch to Telus based upon a great Black Friday deal. Then it all turned dark. Service was to be installed today between 9am - 11am. I received an email confirming this. Had to be at home for the technician. NO ONE SHOWED. I have been on hold and speaking with 3 different departments. I just keep getting transferred from department to department and everyone has a different story. The customer care department said they can schedule service in 2 weeks. The loyalty department said they will transfer me to Tech Support and get a tech out this afternoon. Tech says there isn't anything available for 2 weeks. Either everyone is lying or no one has a friggin clue about what is going on within this company.

I am absolutely regretting switching to Telus.
