Moving Optic TV

I’m a Senior, 72. I recently called Telus support about moving my tv from rooms in the basement to rooms upstairs. I was told a technician would have to do it and I would be charged $150. When the tech arrived, he said my tv boxes were wireless. He simply unplugged the box, carried it upstairs and plugged it in again. I feel like an idiot but not sure why when I called in for support, they couldn’t tell me my boxes were wireless. So I end up paying $150 for someone to carry boxes from one room to another. Guess I’ll reluctantly have to concede that I am now capable of senior moments. Too bad Telus can’t give me some leeway for being a loyal customer.
