Third party router
Very new this area of things, looking for some opinions and guidance.
Right now I have Gigabit service and the Telus Wifi Hub (white rectangle) and I want to upgrade to mesh system for my house either the Deco or Orbi and I need to keep Optik TV.
How would I hook this up?
1) ONT to switch and then to both units?
2) ONT to Telus then bridge port 1?
3) how would you do it?

There have been issues of connecting Optik TV to 3rd party Wi-Fi devices, as most do not offer the multicast signal to satisfy Optik. I don’t know if the devices you have named will work or not, but wonder if you have considered the Telus solution?
