Terrible internet service
The internet in Surrey, Delta area in BC has been down for a week since July 22, 2026 and has no sign of going back to normal. Trying to call centre to know what is going on but all we have received is "technical issues". I used to be a client with other service providers and they never had any connecting problems that stretched for this long. It is very disappointed and we are looking to cancel the service with Telus. It is very dishonest of a company to advertise for such service that cannot be delivered appropriately. We work from home and heavily depend on internet on a daily basis. We would like to hear back from Telus as soon as possible for a resolution, otherwise, we are expected to escalate this matter for a potential legal action.

Sorry to her that annanguyen. I see outages for surrey listed on the service status page at https://www.telus.com/en/bc/outages since the 26th that are under investigation. But nothing for the duration you mentioned. I'd like to take a closer look into this for you and will send you a PM shortly to securely verify your account info and check the account notes.
This is the outage notice from July 22 to July 27. The notice has been removed on July 29 2026 but the outage is still going on. It is not just Mobile but Internet service as well.
