Terrible Customer Service

Paying customer for 25-26 years.  I am tired of being lied to and these agents on the phone not volunteering information and providing all the information required before hand.  I'm tired of wasting hours and hours of my time, month after month, and not getting anywhere with anyone I speak to over the phone.  This shouldn't be this difficult to fix and correct.  I'm tired of this terrible service.

I need to schedule a call with a manager with the Customer Resolution Management Team at Home Services Loyalty department.

Thank you.

  • I want to like this because I am also exhausted with the Telus customer service process but this system says I need to verify my email to "like" and I have done that. Just more pain to interact with Telus.

Hey ShaunM! We hear you, and this is definitely not the experience we want you to have after 25+ years with us. We just sent you a PM in your inbox so we can get this handled properly. Please check your inbox and reply back to us there.

  • I agree.  Three issues since January.  Each time impossible to even find someone or something  to talk to despite Telus telling me to “contact customer care”.  The absolute WORST product, worst customer support.  I am so done once my plans expire.

This is too stupid to even believe.  Was told to contact customer care for a sign in issue.  Worked through an automated help tool that finally determined that it could not help me and to standby for a service rep, then defaulted back to the start of the automated help tool loop.  Finally worked through to scheduling a call back.  Waited, got the call and answered - but was told it could not hear anything and then that my callback was cancelled.  This is hell.  Telus is actually hell.

  • Good luck trying to speak with a human at Telus, or anyone that has any authority. They have to follow Telus "policy". Awful service and process for such a large and wealthy organization.
