PVR Not recording CBS / Colbert and Global News

Our PVR has again stopped recording these scheduled series even though they are set up correctly.

They are set up to record First run only and I have verified that even first run are not being recorded.

Recently this happened and I deleted all scheduled recordings and then it started working again. Now, a couple of months later they have stopped recording again.

I have re-booted / re-set many times. Unplug then wait for a long time and then plug back in. No change.

Anyone have any ideas or knowledge of what might be going on?
