Telus TV+ App login failure - 4 days and may be longer... :(
Our Telus TV+ stops working due to login failure since Saturday (error code ERR_APP_011)
Called customer service, stayed on the phone for over 2 hours, eventually got an answer that the technician on the phone could not fix it and needed to be passed to backend team.
Ever since Saturday, heard nothing from Telus. The TV is still not working and this is Day 4.
Have already lost the chance to watch live game between Norway-England, Argentina-Switzerland, and seems will lose the chance to watch France-Spain today as well.... Hopefully I can at least watch the world cup final live? :(
