TelusTV+ login doesn't stick

Every time I launch the app on my iPad , I need to login again and again  iPados 16.3.2 , TelusTv+ 9.0.1, Frustration 9.999

    Thanks, I read it  before posting 

    but doesn’t solve the issue. I can login but next time I use the app I need to login again

      Hi katbel78 , can you try  turning it off and fully uninstalling the app, reinstall it, and make sure to say 'no' to the SSO prompt when launching the app again?

      Could you also share the full version and edition of your app? 9.0.1 (###) (need the 3 digit after 9.0.1) Thanks!

        I did everything you suggested,

        Thanks but we are back to square 1

        The app is 9.0.1(230)
