TELUS Connect update
How long are we expected to wait until the TELUS Connect app is usable? A while back I switched away from my eero 7's and back to the Boost 2.0 and Boost 6 Lites, because they have better range and throughput than the eero's. However, the app is completely unusable.
Several months ago I talked to support and posted here about the app not seeing my Boosts at all. My suspicion is this is caused by new permissions required in iOS 26, as the Connect app never requests local network permissions during initial configuration. Today, still can't see my boosts and I can't even log in to the app due to an "error".
Overall my TELUS services work great, but honestly I'm shocked at how utterly horrible this app is.

Hi Pattydee3 - we were experiencing issues with the Connect app and we are sorry to see that you're having issues. Have you tried deleting the app and re-installing it? Any other troubleshooting steps?
- Pattydee3OrganizerYes I’ve re-installed several times. Thanks for confirming there’s a current issue. I can’t login at all anymore.Is it normal to not see boosters at all? Nothing I’ve done has worked, and I opened several tickets with support on the matter that got escalated but I never heard back.
