TELUS Cancellation Nightmare: Poor Support and No Confirmation
Extremely disappointed with the support from Telus. I contacted them to cancel my Wi-Fi service and spent nearly an hour on the phone, but the representative was unhelpful and unable to process the cancellation properly. I was told I would receive a confirmation email, but nothing has been sent so far. Instead of assisting with my request, the agent Mitchell seemed more focused on trying to retain the service. Overall, a very frustrating and unprofessional customer support experience.
