Telus Internet Support

I have a laughable situation. I can't believe the issues. We moved into our neighborhood three years ago, and Telus was installing Fibre. We were QUITE excited and signed up eagerly. Since then, the speeds have averaged 25-50% of their promised baseline speed. I have had three technicians come and add boosters around the house (we drop Teams calls within 10 feet - direct sight line). Each technician stated, "Contact me if the issue persists." I contacted all of them, but nobody came back. I have now booked two appointments in a row, and I had to take time off work because of two back-to-back no-shows! I have paid for over 2 years for a premium service and have received TERRIBLE service from tech support, internet speeds, and no willingness from Telus to even have a conversation about compensation, value, customer support... so what is next.....so my question is.... What would you do?
