Channel 727 Naturescape - guide errors
Channel 727 on Telus, Naturescape, has some excellent programming. (Too bad one cannot record any of them, as it is forbidden)
Alas, for the past several weeks, the Telus guide does not match what is actually being shown. The show on view at any particular time is actually the program listed in the guide in the previous hour.
Also, the shows are supposed to change over at the top of the hour, or perhaps at the :59 minute mark, but in fact they are switching over around the :48 minute mark.
Quite confusing!
Can Telus please fix this error?

Yes I am aware that the recording issue is particular to this channel.
At the moment, the guide timing mismatch is only on ch. 727.

Gotcha, thanks for detailing that. And has guide timing for that channel always been a mismatch or is this a recent occurrence?
The guide mismatch has been for the past month or so. Prior to that there was no issue.

Recording wise, this is a strict Digital Rights Management (DRM) restriction mandated directly by the content provider. Their licensing blocks PVR recording. Is the guide mismatch happening only on that particular channel or are you also seeing it on other channels?
