T3200 & mobile phones keep dropping

Hi TELUS_Support thanks and it really seems like the 8 channels that the T3200M has are consistently used and rated red to yellow, looks like TELUS subscribers in this building. Does TELUS have another modem that would provide more channels to move the traffic to less active channels?

Community Power UserI have the T3200M as well as a Boost Wifi 6 connected with MOCA. I have disabled the Wifi on the T3200M and just use the Boost for wifi. I found it has better coverage and performance as well as more flexibility for channels.
I'm in a condo so there are many other access points that show up when looking at available networks but I haven't had any issues since I switched to this setup.
