Connect Apple TV+

I have Optik TV and have subscribed to Apple TV+ some time ago.  I understand that I need to connect my Telus account to Apple, but I seem to have not done that correctly.  I no longer have the Activate subscription email from Telus.  How can I get my account linked?

    I have a newer Android PVR from Telus.  I do not have a channel 468.  Should I be able to access 468 from the Channel Guide?

    I tried going to my iPad and downloaded the Telus TV App.  I have logged in there.  I have tried opening the Apple TV app on my TV and it worked this time.  I will post back in if I have any problems in the future.

    Hey! DanRW - Can you try these steps? 

     

    Ensure your Optik TV box is set up:
    If you are using Optik 3.0 with 4K and HD boxes, you can subscribe on screen on channel 468, via My TELUS, or by contacting a customer service representative.
    If you are using Optik 2.0 with 4K and HD boxes, you can subscribe on screen on channel 468, or by contacting a customer service representative.

     

    Download the TELUS TV+ App:
    If you are a new TELUS TV+ customer, subscribe to TELUS HSIA (High Speed Internet Access) and Optik TV service from TELUS.
    Set up MyTELUS account login credentials.
    Using your iOS/tvOS device, sign up for an iTunes/Apple App store account if you don't have one already.
    Go to the App Store and search for "TELUS TV App". Then, select Download App.
    Log in with your MyTELUS account credentials.

     

    Existing Optik TV customer with Apple TV:
    Set up Apple TV if not set up already.
    Go to the App Store on the Apple TV device.
    Download the TELUS TV+ App.
    Log in with your MyTELUS account credentials.
