I did remove and re-add the account on iOS and it had the same issue. Worked, and then didn't for a few hours, and then worked again. It is currently working, but who knows for how long...

Community Power UserPossibly some form of network/connectivity issue? If it's intermittent that could explain it. Not sure what else to suggest.
The network/connectivity is fine because all other email accounts work. AI suggested that gmail can temporarily block imap if an account uses too many connections, so maybe the telus gmail workspace does as well. But I'm just guessing.
