Same problem here. Upgraded(???) to the 24S and watching the Oilers. First time with the 24S and it is BAD!! Looks like another 2 hour call to revert back to the old box that worked very well.
Not sure what you mean, is that a setting on the 24S? YouTube is giving me a good image quality at 1080p and 4K. This box does not.
Yes on the box settings. I had a great picture on Prime but not the box. Try on the Android box go to the settings, the gear icon, find device settings, then find display and sound, go to options, click on match content dynamic range.
