Payment arrangements
Please help, I need to speak to someone about payment arrangements. The account is suspended and I can't get through to anyone

Hi DerekL, you can set up payment arrangements directly through your online account on TELUS.com. If your account is suspended, you should still have access to Self Serve. Can you try these steps to see if it works for you?
Log in to your TELUS account at TELUS Self Serve.
Navigate to the Billing section.
Look for the option to make payment arrangements or review your account status.
Follow the prompts to set up a plan that works for you.
