Outlook classic popping up to login into account
Outlook classic popping up to login into account when I have been using the same settings for years. I use pop.gmail for the server and it won’t connect now. Having the same issue with 2 other comput...
This just happend to my wife. She is using Office 2016. This is related to 'modern authentication' which older versions of Outlook don't support:

To get her Outlook to work I had to turn on create an App password.

I use Office 2021 and it uses modern authentication so it's not an issue there.
