Home Wi-Fi still not working

I signed up with Telus, July 11 and my Internet still does not work. I do not understand why nobody can help me or call me back. I've been promised that my bill would be waived for service that I have not been able to use and that somebody would come by to fix this problem. I've spent countless hours on hold being transferred around to different departments that have nothing to do with the situation. If this cannot be fixed, please contact me so I can cancel this service.
