Had a 150$ charge refunded, just got bill - the refund was another charge!

Hi there,

last month, telus charged me a 150$ fee for “high speed modem installation”, despite me not having anything done for a long time. after a week of waiting, I called in and was promised I’d have the amount refunded on my next bill. 

today, I got my next bill, and instead of a refund, I have a line on my bill that says “Account charges written off July 26th: 168$” (150+taxes) which brought my bill up to 267 for the second month in a row. Absolutely tired of this, is there anyone who has experience with this type of thing? I already cancelled my phone bill after using Telus for mobility for 10+ years. Now considering switching internet plans too.
