Official Support TeamHere are some things you can try.
- Some devices have trouble with combined 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks. Log in to your TELUS My Wi-Fi app or web portal, and try separating the bands by creating a dedicated 2.4GHz network.
- Forget the network on your Google devices and reconnect them to the new network, ensuring you’re using the correct Wi-Fi band.
- Verify that the firmware on your Boost 6 and Boost 6E Mini is up to date. You can update it through the My TELUS app or by rebooting the devices.
- For the Google Minis, Nest Doorcam, and Smoke Detectors, a factory reset may help them recognize the new Wi-Fi setup.
