Delete Offline Devices List on Boost?

This has been bugging me for awhile. Logging into Telus Boost, under "Connected Devices - Offline Devices", there is a list of 237 devices. I know what these devices are. Some of them are my laptop with an old device name, friends & family that have logged into my Wi-Fi. Is there a way to delete this list in the Boost GUI? The only option I can find is "Rename Device". I don't want to rename, I want it gone. The Telus Connect App on my phone doesn't have a delete or clear feature either, just a device pause option. I can clear system logs but not a device list, which seems an oversight on Telus part. Or am I missing something somewhere?

Thanks for the response, support team member. I was already thinking a factory reset was going to be the solution. That has now been confirmed. Too bad a "clear" button was not incorporated but it is what it is. I'm just going to leave it alone, I really don't want to go back into the configuration menus and start from default settings and then reconnect all my devices 😐.

Unfortunately, the Boost Wi-Fi system doesn't offer a direct "delete" option for clearing the list of offline devices, which is why you're only seeing options to rename or pause devices. To clear the device list would need to perform a factory reset on your Telus Boost device. This would remove all settings, including the list of connected and offline devices. However, you would need to set up your Wi-Fi network and reconnect all your devices again from scratch.
