False contract and unfair billing.

Please listen to what I have to say.

I submitted a move request online. telus internet

I did not request a new contract.

I have never been informed by customer service or the installation technician about a new contract.

However, I discovered last night that a new contract I did not agree to was updated on my account

The technician and customer service added a new contract and a 2-year term without my consent, and charged an extra $30.

Please either restore my original contract or provide me with the same credits and a monthly rate of $65.

Please let me know which number I should call. I tried calling 1-888-811-2323, but I couldn't reach a representative.

Please provide the direct number for the customer service department that manages contracts.
