Closed service a year ago and sent to collections

Hi,

I was checking my credit score and noticed that Telus had said that I owed money for a home services bill that was canceled over a year and a half ago and sent it straight to collections. Been trying to talk to support but it's been extremely unhelpful. Where do I go from here?
