Billing error
I’m extremely frustrated with my Telus home service bills due to repeated inaccuracies. My June 2025 bill showed a credit of -$181.38, which I assumed was a correction for a prior overcharge. However, my July 2025 bill is also -$181.38, despite no changes in my service usage. In January 2025, Telus incorrectly billed me, resulting in my account being sent to collections, which was resolved only after significant effort.
I’m concerned that these errors will lead to another collections issue. I’ve tried to chat with Telus online agent but no one answered me after 30 minutes! I request a detailed explanation of the June credit and July charge, a corrected bill, and confirmation that my account won’t be sent to collections due to Telus’ errors.
