Are there current IMAP email issues?
Currently I can't get my email via imap on windows or ios devices. But, occasionally it works and will sync, but then it fails for another hour. The web interface always works. Is there a separate ...
I only had 2 clients using that one telus account, not 15, and I closed them both and waited a while but they still would fail, while other accounts would connect and work as normal. I'm just hoping for a logical explanation so I'm not in the dark if it happens again. The only error I received was the 0x800ccc0e from Outlook.

Community Power UserYou may have better luck in the Microsoft forums. This particular error is mentioned often. You may also wish to try the new version of Outlook 365 to see if has the same issue.
It is a generic error. The failure to sync emails also occurred on iOS, so it was not Outlook related, and I do run the latest version. I was just pointing out the fact that there was no "Too many simultaneous connections" error. It just failed to work for no apparent reason for many hours, and then it randomly started to work again.

I thought you were also using Outlook on IOS thus the reference to Microsoft.
