4k Wireless Remote Box going nuts

My 4k wireless box has a mind of its own. It periodically drops the picture but not the sound. Then after a few minutes it goes silent. When the picture drops I can go to guide and see the guide PLUS the live thumbnail of the video.

I have rebooted and RESET the 4k wireless box, rebooted the main hard-wired 4k-PVR and rebooted the router. This let's the system limp along for a bit but inevitably it fails.

Is my 4K wireless box dying? If this is the case I am worried about sending it back.

Returning the wireless 4K box to Telus is a giant potential billing problem I am trying to avoid. My main PVR was replaced and the old one returned earlier this year and after 4 months I am still being billed for 2 PVRs!!

Thoughts appreciated.
