Voicemail to text
Trying to set up Voicemail to Text to go to a specific email address - the support page says do this in your account but I can’t find out where.

Community Power UserI don't have this addon but it shows as $8 a month for me. You need to go to manage your add-ons and look under Voicemail.
I was able to find it both via the web or the My Telus app.
- It’s not there, in fact the ability to change it is nowhere online. Had to spend 2 hours with tech support so they could change it at their end, and still can’t do it myself so I can get the audio file of messages sent.
