Trade in credit less then offered

Beware. Answered all questions for device trade in. Was offered $310 for iPhone 13. They ended up only giving me $155 and I have no recourse. I can’t get the phone back. They said it had heavy wear and deep scratches on the screen. Absolute lie. It had one small scratch less then 1/2 inch. When they ask about the device condition they only ask about cracked or chipped glass. This phone was in near perfect condition. What a scam . I can’t believe this. You just lost my contract on all the phones in this house. Thank god all the contracts are almost done except for one. Absolutely horrible. Telus you should be ashamed scamming your customers like this.
