8 months agoThanks for reaching out! The login issue you're experiencing with TELUS Films and Series is a known one — we understand how frustrating this must be and appreciate your patience. Just to clarify, there’s no separate activation required for TELUS Films and Series. You should be able to sign into the TELUS TV+ app using the same email and password you use for My TELUS. If you’re seeing login errors, try the following steps:
- Make sure your My TELUS account is fully set up and active.
- Log out of all TELUS-related apps and browsers, then log back in using your My TELUS credentials.
- Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies or switching to a different browser or device.
