A free phone? That sounds like a scam. There are several scammers out there pretending to be Telus recently and are offering free phones. The scammers don't abide by any do not call lists.

Yes, there are many of us. Have notified Telus Fraud, Telus Cybersecurity, tried to notify Telus Customer "Service" but gave up after 30 minutes on hold. Canadian Do Not Call List is toothless and useless. Not sure what Telus corporate marketing idiot thinks harassment is how to get customers.
