I have got same problem here. My 2GB data has remove after 30days, no one tells me I need to set up auto payment to keep this promotion plan. Did you get resolved this issue finally?

No. It kept getting removed after the first two months, but Telus kept reassuring that it's been corrected. The most recent communication exchange was that they've added a data add-on at no extra fee, except now that I'm getting charged extra fess for the data add-on. Now they've said they're unable to communicate via PM with me due to a system issue yet I can send PM's to other members. Tell me how that works.
Definitely regret choosing Telus as a service provider now.
