use existing balance on prepaid plan

I paid 2 days late on Feb 12, 2026  for my prepaid plan instead of Feb 10 and the account has not been activated;  I can't use the phone. It is impossible to talk to anyone, and I don't know how to use the credit that  I have of 100 CAD, so that it can be transferred to pay for the prepaid plan for 365 days  . I really need the phone and for 1 and a half months  I could not receive any messages or calls. I currently have a credit balance of 100 at TELUS and prepaid plan for 365 days is also 100 .   • Hey! for TELUS Prepaid users, you can call #123, and the automated assistant can help you renew your monthly plan, as long as the account has enough credit. Hope this helps!
