HOW IS IT THIS BAD?!
TELUS SUPPORT PLEASE PM AGAIN TO ASSIST!!
Three months for three months, now you guys have begun adding data that conflicts with the current data plan AND charging me extra on top an annual pre-paid plan!
I now have an annual pre-paid account with a 2gb (700mb used) and 5gb data plan that isn't being touched on top while now owing money to the account
