It looks like you had roaming off on your profile. I have corrected it for you. If you try those steps again, it should work.

Official Support TeamHave you manually selected Telcel as the network? Based on usage, we see a connection and usage on phone, text and data.
I did a network reset and then my data worked for a little bit but the next time I checked it wasn’t working. Now when I switch my wifi off I get network offline.
