Roaming in Mexico doesn't work

It looks like you had roaming off on your profile. I have corrected it for you. If you try those steps again, it should work.
My data doesn't work in Mexico either I can call and text but no data.

Official Support TeamThat shouldn’t be happening. If you haven’t already, try restarting your device and ensuring data roaming is enabled in your settings. Have you tried manually connecting to a network?

Have you manually selected Telcel as the network? Based on usage, we see a connection and usage on phone, text and data.
- I did a network reset and then my data worked for a little bit but the next time I checked it wasn’t working. Now when I switch my wifi off I get network offline.Dean
